Every mother is deserving of compassionate support and the birth of a baby has the right to be a positive experience.
Being able to make informed decisions based on my own desires and the result of scavenging, curiosity, conversations and advice helped me to have the dignified birth experience and positive introduction to motherhood that can be elusive to many women.
I wish to add my voice as an advocate for the right of mothers and provide another door to a more inclusive experience for mothers of all backgrounds.
